Refunding Policy:
1. Registration Fee: It is refundable (minus USD50 for bank administrative fee) if the refund is requested 7 days prior to the conference on Nov 17, 2009. When the refund request after that, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
2. Accommodation Fee: If the cancellation request applied 7 days prior to the check in date, USD50 bank administrative fee will be charged; If the cancellation is applied after that, the first night accommodation will be charged.
3. Other Fee: Minimum USD50 bank administrative fee is non-refundable.
